The 100% Refund Guarantee is valid exclusively for the Priority Referral / Guaranteed Internship Plan (₹499). Eligibility is triggered if:
- Apni Intern Pvt Ltd fails to provide a verified internship placement or final interview round opportunity within 3 working days (72 hours).
- The clock starts after the final verification of the user's resume and eligibility criteria by our council.
- The user has provided all necessary documentation required by the corporate partner.
02Standard Plan Disclaimer
Note that the Standard Waitlist tier is a non-guaranteed queue system. Fees for this tier cover platform maintenance and initial screening. As such, the 100% Refund Policy does not apply to Standard tier purchases.
03Claim Procedure
How to Request a Reversal:
- Ensure your 72-hour SLA has passed without an outcome.
- Send an email to support@internshipshub.in with the subject: "REFUND REQUEST - [Payment Receipt ID]".
- Our compliance team will verify the timeline and initiate a reversal to your original payment method (Cashfree/UPI/Card).
*Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to reflect in your statement depending on your banking partner.
