  • Apni Intern Pvt Ltd fails to provide a verified internship placement or final interview round opportunity within the specified timeline (45 Days for Starter, 15 Days for Standard, 3 Working Days for Priority).
  • The clock starts after the final verification of the user's resume and eligibility criteria by our council.
  • The user has provided all necessary documentation required by the corporate partner.

02Timeline Protocol

Our "Success or Refund" commitment is based on three specific timelines: 72 Hours (3 Working Days) for Priority users, 15 Days for Standard users, and 45 Days for Starter users. These timelines begin from the moment your profile verification is completed by our council.

03Claim Procedure

How to Request a Reversal:

  1. Ensure your respective SLA (45 days, 15 days or 72 hours) has passed without an outcome.
  2. Send an email to support@internshipshub.in with the subject: "REFUND REQUEST - [Payment Receipt ID]" and make sure to copy & paste your unique public profile URL inside the email body for reference.
  3. Our compliance team will verify the timeline and initiate a reversal to your original payment method (Razorpay/Cashfree/UPI/Card).
