By accessing InternshipsHub.in (managed by Apni Intern Pvt Ltd), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to every clause, you must cease use immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Apni Intern Pvt Ltd.
01Nature of Service
InternshipsHub.in functions as a High-Fidelity Information Aggregator. We provide a curated directory of internships, research programs, and career opportunities.
- Standard Directory: Free access to compiled links and deadlines. No selection guarantees are provided.
- Priority Referral / Guaranteed Internship Plan: A fee-based premium service (₹499) where we provide personalized application assistance and a 3-day SLA for interview/placement opportunities, subject to specific eligibility criteria.
02User Obligations
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or application. Any attempt to bypass platform security, scrape data programmatically, or misrepresent institutional affiliations may result in permanent blacklisting.
03The 3-Day SLA Protocol
For users on the Priority Referral (₹499) plan, Apni Intern Pvt Ltd commits to securing an interview or placement opportunity within 72 hours (3 business days) of successful verification of the candidate's profile.
Note: This SLA is contingent upon the user's eligibility and the current availability of corporate/institutional openings. Failure to meet this SLA entitles the user to a 100% refund as per our Refund Policy.
04Intellectual Property
All platform design, code, curated content, and the "InternshipsHub" brand are the exclusive property of Apni Intern Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under the jurisdiction of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
05Liability Disclaimer
Apni Intern Pvt Ltd acts solely as a facilitator. Final selection, stipend disbursement, and work conditions are governed by the third-party hiring organization. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions with listed entities.
